El alumno además de cursar el Bachillerato, lo complementa con un componente profesional tecnológico en el área agro industrial Al egresar puede continuar estudios a nivel licenciatura en cualquier institución de nivel superior Se puede incorporar al campo laboral en áreas de su competencia e inclusive auto emplearse formando una micro empresa con apoyos crediticios oficiales. La carrera de técnico en agro industrias esta registrada en profesiones, por lo que el egresado obtiene su título y  cédula de Técnico al término de su carrera. La adquisición de conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas, que se pueden evaluar y certificar bajo el esquema de normas técnicas de competencia laboral con validez nacional.
